My fresh pineapple avocado salsa is perfect with tortilla chips and really works well with Tacos, fish and grilled meat meat. It’s fresh, simple, fast and absolutely delicious.

Fresh pineapple avocado salsa

This pineapple avocado salsa makes me so happy. I mean, look at it, beautiful. Most importantly, it’s really delicious. Is Pineapple is sweet, ovocado creamy, and just there is enough warmth from jalapeños and lime.

Many people think of pineapple such as sweet recipes Pineapple upside cake or Carrot cakeBut I’m here to tell you This pineapple avocado salsa is incrediblePower I love it almost on top of all of us Favorite Taco Recipes:A number is a great spoon grilled steak or fish (so Grilled sword fish) and really works well next to a cup Homemade tortilla chipsA number

The main components

  • Pineapple? I love fresh pineapple for this salsa and looking for a great pineapple gold or yellow shades on her skin / peel (it means it will be sweet). Another trick makes it smell. You are on the right track if you smell with a hint of sweet pineapple. And finally, it should be firm, but give it a little when you feel it. Put anything that is bruising or soft. If the fresh pineapple is out of season to you, take the canned pineapple with syrup syrup, but dry it before cutting it and add it.
  • Avocado. I love avocado cool, creamy tissue with pineapple. Here is ours Tips for selecting avocado If you are not sure.
  • Red onions. I love the appearance of the red onion and I think it makes our salsa beautiful. So to speak, feel free to use sweet or white onions. I’m using the same trick minimizing the onion raw bite in these salsa when I do Guacamole makingA number I cut them, then 5 minutes cover the onion with cold water. After quick leakage and washing this process, this process slightly cut the onion raw bite.
  • Jalapeños: Because the pineapple is sweet I like to add a fresh frying pan. We call two pepper recipe, but you can always adapt to your tastes. Use two peppers for a medium spicy salsa, but remove the seeds and the white membrane inside them (it’s when most of the heat comes). If you love spicy food, leave the seeds.
  • LIME and Cilantro. I like to use my lime basket and juice for this Salcion, and I am also very generous with Cilantro. The sweetness of pineapple can take it. If you don’t like Cilantro as much as I do, cut or replace something else (mint, basil and parsley, good options).
How to cut pineapple for Salsa - removing the shell

When cutting pineapples, start removing each end (bottom and leaf-top). Then use your knife to cut the skin / shell, just follow the pineapple curve from top to bottom.

Then I love to remove the coreSo I cut the pineapple quarters and use my knife to cut the inner fiber core. From there you can cut small pieces for pineapple salsa.
