These Mini Baked Crescent Rolls are super simple and so delicious! They are perfect for holidays and gatherings. Everyone I’ve served them loves them.

I serve these stuffed crescent rolls as appetizers and in my bread basket as a side for holiday meals. They’re quick to make and versatile, so if you don’t have brie cheese, substitute it with whatever you like.
Store-bought crescent dough (like Pillsbury’s) makes them easy, but any brand or homemade pizza dough works well! If you like brie, I highly recommend ours brie stuffed bread rolls or this warm honey brie!

How to Make Baked Brie Rolls
These crescent rolls really couldn’t be easier.Place a large piece of brie on the long end of the crescent dough and roll up.Then brush the sides with egg wash so they’re shiny and golden brown after baking I also add half the pecans and some sea salt before baking. I love the look.

Rolls take about 15 minutes to bake and are perfect for parties or as a side dish. There may be a little lumpiness during baking, but the rolls will still taste great. See our holiday recipes or appetizer recipes for more recipes like this.

TOTALLY
We use store-bought crescent dough for these easy baked brie pancakes, but most cheeses will work as a substitute. Adding more fillings like olives, ham, or jam is also great.
