We love this homemade Balzamic Vinaigrette. It’s a shock, sweet and so easy that we’re posting the batch almost every week. It’s delicious on everything from leaf green to pasta salad.

Easy Balzamic Vinaigrette

I’m a homemade big fan Salad dressesand this balsamic Vinaigretet is one that I use the most. I always have what I have to make it in my kitchen and it really is going well with anything.

Definitely don’t miss my advice to add a little water to or turn it into the creamy dress of mayo or sour cream. I love this sauce on us Balzam strawberry saladPower for more homemade clothes see our Honey to wear mustardTo be in style Milk Farmor this Easy Italian sauceA number

The main components

  • Balmic vinegar. Use what you have. Most of us have less expensive bottles in a thin, rather tty vinegar inside. That’s what I have taken on our recipe below. If you have a thicker, elderly balsamic vinegar, it will still be pleasant with our recipe. We recommend it to taste it before you use it to dress. If it tastes sweetly without anything added, you don’t need any sweetener. If it’s sour and acidic, you will want to add a little sweetness with Maple syrup, honey or jam.
  • Dijon mustard. I use the mustard with a lot of salad dressing recipes and I love it with this balsamic sauce. It helps the ingredients emulsify and taste more to what you are served in better restaurants. The whole grain mustard is a good substitute.
  • Olive oil. Use your preferred extraordinary virgin olive oil. I like Fruiter, light olive oils, but use what you have or love.
  • Sweetener Maple syrup and honey are beautiful (I only add a little) and balance the tartness of balsamic vinegar. If you want a little more taste, try jam. Especially I love strawberry or fig jam.
  • Mayo or sour cream (optional): If you prefer creamy clothes, add a spoon mayonnaise, sour cream or crème Fraiche.

Easy Balzamic Vinaigrette

Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette is the main recipe for our home. We love grape dresses and use twice as much olive oil as vinegar. Add more olive oil to wear less grapes to taste. I like to add a little sweetener to dress. Maple syrup or honey is love, or add a little fertility to your favorite jem (Strawberry jam is especially good.) If you use more dense balsamic vinegar or age, it can already taste sweeter, so you may not need to add sweetener.

Makes 3/4 cups

You will need

1/4 cup (60 ml) Balmic vinegar

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon maple syrup, honey or strawberry jam

1/4 teaspoon of fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil, or more to taste

1 tablespoon mayonnaise, sour cream or crème Fraiche, Optional to make creamy

Directions:

1Hit the vinegar, mustard, sweeter, salt and pepper in the middle bowl until well mixed.

2When asking slowly flow through olive oil until it is completely included, and dress has been condensed.

BookletTaste, then adjust with salt, pepper, olive oil or sweetener. Turn it into creamy sauces, shake mayo (sour cream or crème Fraiche).

Adam and Junny tips

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container or cans for up to 1 week.
  • How to make a jar or blender. Instead of spilling composition together, place all the ingredients in the screw upper jar and shake to combine. Or, use blender. Add all components to blender, then mix until thick.
  • Note about the vinegar. If you have a really good quality balsamic vinegar, you only need to add olive oil, salt and pepper to make a delicious vinaigrette. It will naturally be thick and will have a little sweetness. But many of us do not use Super Price Balsamic daily salads. Thus, for a more budget-friendly version, we use regular balsamic vinegar (about $ 15) and add a few things to promote the taste. The touch of Dijon’s mustard adds a complexity and a little brown sugar brings in those sweet bottles. This way, you get a delicious, well-rounded vinaigrette without breaking the bank.
