The main components
- Rice or quina. Like other Buddha Bowl recipes, you can choose a base depending on what you like or manually you have. Rice, quinoo and other cooked grain are great options. Especially I love this curried peas in our coconut rice. - Spices. The combination of spices for this peas (Garam Masala, the dust, garlic powder and onion) gives them a warm, fragrant and a small soil aroma inspired by my favorite Indian Chicken Curry:A number
- Tomato paste. We spice our peas with spices with a small oil and just one tablespoon or tomato paste, which gives them an extra aroma and a beautiful color.
- Cucumbers and bell peppers. I love something fresh and fragile, so I combine a cucumber and red pepper pepper for my salad. Feel free to use your favorites. Cherry tomatoes, fried carrots or chopped spinach will be delicious additions. This chopped cucumber tomato salad also would be excellent.
- Sesame Yum Sauce. This sauce has been a family favorite for years. It may seem unusual combination, but trust me, it’s magical. Mayo (or Vegan Mayo or simple yogurt choice) gives a grease, while Dijon’s mustard touches. Tasting oil oil tastes nuts and is packed with Umamam, and rice vinegar brightens everything. The heat with hot hot sauce adds a touch of heat, and the optional component is sprinkled by acid juice. All tie together together. The result. Milk, bright, toast and extremely irresistible sauce, which takes these dishes to the next level.

We pack taste for this Curried Chickpea Bowls. Due to the delicious combination of spices, including Garam Masala, scrub and garlic powder, as well as a simple cream sauce, again and again will return to this recipe. We certainly do.

You will need
Pea pots
3 cups cooked cooked rice, cooked quinaor Coconut rice
2 (15oz) cans peas or 3 cups (500 g) cooked peas
1 tablespoon of avocado oil or vegetable oil
1 scallion, thin sliced
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1 teaspoon ground cum
1/2 teaspoon of land turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 ½ cups small chopped cucumbers
1 ½ cups small chopped red bell pepper
Sesame sauce, recipe below
Sesame sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaiseTo be in style Vegan mayonnaiseor yogurt
1 ½ Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 ½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
2 to 3 ducks hot sauce

Directions:
1Oil heat oil on large-scale heat. Stir in scary, spices and tomato paste. Cook, mix the spices around the pan for a minute.
2Squeeze the pea, then add them into a pan. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook until the pea is heated, and the sauce sticks to the pea. Season to taste salt. Leave aside while you make the salad.

ThreeIf necessary, heat your rice or quina.
5Do the sauce. Mix the soy ingredients together until well mixed. Taste, then adjust salt, hot sauce or vinegar.
6 years oldMake a bed of rice or quinoa at the bottom of a wide bowl at the bottom of the bunny, then above Curried Chickpeas and Cucumber salad. Serve with a Tes Sauce, which is scattered on top.
