This marinade brings the best in the pork, enhancing its natural taste. Any moment spent by Marinating will make your pork taste better but aims for 4 hours or more to achieve the best results. The main components

- Mustard. We Mannard uses a lot in our marinade recipes (see this) Lemon Chicken Marinade as one instance). We don’t use so much to get a strong needle, but it helps to spice pork and get out of its natural spices. Use Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard.
- Brown sugar. I have seen a lot of pig marinades call a lot of sugar and I am happy to report that this one only calls a little (1 teaspoon of 4 cuts). There is a mustard and soy sauce and help pork cook a beautiful caramelized crust.
- Pepper and salt. We love Aleppo pepper that adds soft, sweet warmth. If you don’t have manually, use crushed red pepper flakes or black pepper as a last resort. We also add a little salt to Marinade to make pork a well-spicy.

2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 rounded tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick or 2 pounds from 1 ½, use useless or bones
Directions:
