How long are the devilish eggs lasting?
Keep your satanic eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator, as soon as you make them. They will last in the fridge 3 to 4 days. I don’t recommend freezing them.
Satanic eggs should not sit at room temperature for more than 2 hours for food safety. If you serve a large group, keep a few refrigerators and, if necessary, fill in the servicing plate with colder satanic eggs.

You will need
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise, see Our homemade mayonnaise recipe
1 teaspoon white vinegar, white wine vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Cook eggs
1Put eggs in a single layer and cover with cold water 1 ½ inches. Heat high heat until the water reaches a roller boil, cover the boiler with a lid, and then remove from heat and leave for 12 minutes. (This can range from 12 to 14 minutes depending on your egg size).
2Make a glass of ice water. Transfer eggs to a piece of spoon in ice water and leave for 5 minutes. Crack the egg shells and carefully peel them. If the shells are not easily covered with eggs, place them in ice water and try again in 5 minutes.

1Gently drain the eggs, then cut into half, in length. Remove yolks and add in a medium bowl, then arrange the whites on a serving plate.
