Fried mushrooms are easy and one of the best ways to make them. I fill with mushrooms with olive oil and herbs until golden brown, then mix with fresh garlic before leaving the oven.

The main components
- Mushrooms. Use your favorite mushroom for this recipe. I used cremini mushrooms in our photos, but the white button, the portobello and the wild mushrooms will work everyone. When frying the mushrooms, cut them out so they are all like size.
- Olive oil. I love olive oil for this recipe, but you can use avocado oil or oil and melted butter combination for different taste.
- Bay leaves and thyme. I like to break into the extra taste with mushrooms, so I fry them with some bay leaves and fresh thyme. Rosemary or Sage is also lovely.
- Garlic. Use fresh garlic but only add it to the end of the frying pan. This way, garlic will not burn.
How to fry mushrooms?
Fried mushrooms, throw them with olive oil and fresh herbs. We love Bey leaves and thyme. Spread everything on a baking sheet, fry in a 400 ° F oven until they start brown.
