This is my favorite creamy puree cauliflower that you can make in 20 minutes. Our recipe is so easy, even easier than the mashed potatoes (not necessary.) It leads to light, fluffy and irresistibly creamy cauliflower.

The main components

- Cream cheese. I like a little extra lying, and the cream cheese does the trick. Other options mascarpone cheese or burrow like another soft cheese.
- Spices. I keep this puree cauliflower super simple and stick with salt, pepper and nutrition with a small pinch, making it more interesting. If you have a fridge, the chopped green onion scatter is also nice.
How to make puree cauliflower
The puree cauliflower is such a simple dish. The trick does not overestimate your cauliflower. I cook in water for about 10 minutes, which. Puree cauliflower is light, fluffy and creamy. Our recipe calls for a certain cream cheese that adds additional skimming. You can skip or replace it with butter, plant-based butter or mascot cheese.

You will need
1 Average cauliflower or 4 cups cauliflower bouquets
3 tablespoons (45 g) Cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of ground or grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon sliced green onions, optional
Directions:
1Bring a large pot of salt water to boil.
2Cut the cauliflower bouquets, add them to boiled water and cook for 8-10 minutes or can easily be able to pass through them.
BookletSqueeze the cauliflower, then throw it in a hot basket (shut off the heat) and cover with a lid. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
ThreeAdd cream cheese, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper with cauliflower. Then use a mixture of potatoes to smash the cauliflower. Finish with a pinch of nutmeg. (If you have all the nutmeg, grate a little on the cauliflower using a micro.)
5Mix, then serve at the top with sliced green onions.
