I love this delicious beet juice made with raw beetsFresh lemon, ginger and moisturizing cucumbers. It tastes an incredible and great way to promote your vitamin C and mineral acceptance.

Easy beets juice

This beet juice is so good that I could drink every day. We combine bouquets with lemon, ginger and cucumber. Beetroot is sweet and earthen, lemon and ginger adds, and the cucumber makes it super and moisturizers.

The main components

  • Beets. I like to turn a beet juice, as they are packed with folic acid, manganese, potiosis, iron and vitamin C. Red or yellow beets work well.
  • Lemons. Lemons are a great source of vitamin C and potassium. They also add a bright, fresh taste that balances the beets earthquake. Look for lemons that feel heavy for their size, which means they probably have more juice.
  • Gage Ginger ginger offers anti-inflammatory advantages and can contribute to healthy digestion. There is no need to peel, just grate, pieces and add your juice. Look for a fresh ginger with a smooth, unpaid skin.
  • Cucumber. Cucumbers are super moisturizing and add juice refreshing flavor. Choose cucumbers that are tight and have a bright green color. I love English, greenhouse or Persian cucumbers because they have a thinner skins.

I leave the peel on my beelie, giving them a good scrub before crossing the tops. Then I cut the beet in small layers that are small enough to fit into the juice. I also leave the peel on my cucumbers and ginger, but removes lemon shell and seeds.

If you have no juiceMix the composition in a high quality blender – 60 to 90 seconds. Then squeeze it for a delicate network strainer.

Our favorite beet juice

The beets of this beet juice tastes sweet and earthy, lemon and ginger, and the cucumber adds mineral water. The beet is naturally sweet, so we do not add extra fruit except lemon. If the juice is too ttype or land, consider some letters or apples through a fairy tale. If you are sensitive to ginger heating / spicy quality, first add a smaller amount and go from there.

Makes approximately two 8-ounce maintenance

You will need

2 middle beets, crushed clean and tops cut

1 medium seed cucumbers, flooded, greenhouse or English

1 inch length piece of fresh ginger, clean clean

1 medium lemon

Directions:

    1Cut the beets, cucumbers and ginger in thin pieces that are small enough to easily pass the fairy tale.

    2Cut the yellow peel from the lemon, leaving white fragile and lemon meat. Lemon pieces with pieces and remove any seeds. Set aside half of the lemon.

    BookletTurn on the juice and push everyone into a beetroot, cucumber and lemon.

    ThreeWhen everything, the reserved lemon was juicy, mix the juice and taste for tartness.

    5Add remaining lemon to add if needed. If the juice is extremely sour, consider adding some scratched carrots, unresolved carrot or small core apples.

Adam and Junny tips

  • Storage: The fresh beet juice is best enjoyed after the juice, but you can make it one or two days in advance. Store in glass, sealant containers. If you have used cold pressed juice, it should last a day longer.
  • How to make beet juice without juice. To make the donut juice in a blender, make all the prepared ingredients with high quality blender (like vitamis) and mix until smooth. Then press the sheet with a delicate network strainer to separate the juice from pepper. The juice will make better juice and have less waste, but it’s very close to you.
