We are obsessed with this egg roll in a bowl. It contains a tender minced chicken (or Turkey) and the fragile vegetables thrown in a rough well spicy sauce. That’s all we like about egg rolls that have been rebuilt in an easy, healthy bowl.

Imagine a tender minced chicken (or Turkey) mixed with perfect tender vegetables, everyone is covered with delicious delicious sauce. It hits all the right records. Plus, it’s an absolute dream for overloaded weekends and preparation. It is delighted on its own and lovely rice, cooked quinaor noodles.
The main components
- Minced meat. I have used Turkey in our photos, but you can use ground chicken or pork on the ground without any changes.
- Sesame oil. Do you cook the land meat into the sesame oil? This bowl is one of my secrets of the incredible taste. I use the same trick while making the most popular Chicken Carrot WrapA number
- Vegetables. Vegetables is my favorite part of this recipe. We combine fried cabbage, carrots, green onions and peppers pepper. As a simple shortcut, you can save some finely sliced, buy Coleslaw mixture initial fried bag and add green onions and bell pepper.
- Oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. You will make them to make our sauce. They really make this egg roll very well. It is unbelievable how fragrant it makes our bowls, although it is only three components. For Oyster Sauce I love Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster sauce for its taste (there is a boat on the label). - CameWs and Cilantro. For the first time we did this recipe, we felt that something was missing, so we tried again and we found something like a fresh pop-pop-pop pop-pop. The chopped peanut is also great.
- Optionally, but delicious. Add Sriracha Chili sauce drop or speed up my quick spicy mayoPower is perfect with this bowl.

In a bowl, this egg roll is ridiculously easy to do. I really have only one prompt for you before making it. This recipe has many vegetables, and when you add them to the curtain, you think you think. “What did they think? This will never fit – but I need to trust me. You will need
1 ½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 pound (450 g) ground chicken or land
4 cups (260 g) fried cabbage
1 cup (100 g) fried carrots
1 red pepper pepper, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce or Tamar
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons chopped basket or peanuts
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cooked rice, noodles, or quinoaElective
Sriracha or Homemade Spicy MayoElective
Directions:
1Heat 1: Dinner spoon fried sesame oil on a large veil on medium high heat.
2Add ground chicken (or turkey) and cook until any more pink, spoiling the fragile, about 10 minutes. When it is no longer pink and cooked in cabbage, carrots, throws a bell pepper and green onions and cook until a contest, about 5 minutes.
BookletIn a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon honey.
ThreeWhen the vegetables are tender, and the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce and add about half of the kilakro. Throw good. Taste, then adjust with salt and pepper (I usually add each pinch of each).
