Cajun Butter Corn in Foil

Include the corn season of this incredibly delicious Cajun corn, made with a furious delicious cajun butter. Once the corn season hits, we jump in preparing this corn recipe. It’s easy and fast, and you can use the same Cajun butter to make other recipes like this Cajun shrimpAuthority

You will make your corn in foil packages for this recipe as our Fried corn with chipotle butterA number can use your oven or grill depending on what you do. And if you have a corn on corn, I highly recommend it to save it for the batch of my favorite Corn salad (That’s the best).

The main components

  • Corn. I like to make this recipe with a cuff but, of course, you can cut your stump into small pieces or use corn cores that have been cut into the clump. When buying fresh corn, look for corn ears with tight wraps and avoid any thin or dark.
  • Butter. I use salted butter, but I feel free to avoid untreated and add salt to taste. Room temperature or softened butter really makes our Cajun Butter easier, so put your butter on the counter for an hour or in advance.
  • Cajun spice. Use the spices of your favorite shop or make our Homemade Cajun Spice: Hot Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Chili powder, thyme, sugar and salt.
  • Garlic. I like to scrape some garlic in my aromatic butter that anointed corn. So good.
  • Herbs. We add a little chopped cilantro for color and taste, but the parsley will also be excellent.

How to make Cajun Butter corn

Cajun Flared Butter used for this corn recipe is the same as we use for our Cajun shrimpA number of as mentioned, I use our favorite Cajun Spice:But you prefer to replace your favorite. One thing I love about this butter (Besides how delicious) is that you can prepare it in advance and keep it in a fridge or refrigerator to use another day. It’s great with other vegetables, shrimp and chicken.

To make corn, you will prepare the Cajun butter all, then wrap them with foil. Place the foil wrapped corn on the grill or in advance in the oven and cook until the competition. Then, when serving, make sure you fill the terrible butter, which is left at the bottom of the foil packages, across the corn. It’s fantastic.
