Quesadillas is made with Tortilla – flour or corn – which are filled and folded while cooking on a hot surface. Makes 2 large quesadilla or 4-half part

You will need
2 Medium Large Flour or Corn Tortilla, see our Homemade flour tortilla recipe
1/2 tablespoon butter
4 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon of salt, or to taste more
3 ounces of monterey Jack like cheese, shredded (about 3/4 cups)
1 (4 ounces) can spice green porridge, hot or gentle, depending on preferences
4 to 5 sprouts fresh cilantro
Spray oil or oil on a brushed pan
Directions:
- Make grated eggs
1Melt the butter with a median non-stick pan on medium low heat.
2Cut the eggs into the bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk until well mixed.
BookletWhen the butter begins to bubble, pour into eggs and immediately use a silicone spatula to rotate into a small frying pan, without stopping, they look a little dense, about 30 seconds.

- Make quesadilla
