This easy chicken pesto quesadilla is ready in just 10 minutes. My family loves them. Juicy chicken, basil pesto and many cheeses are all melted together in a warm, fragile tortilla.

The main components

- Spinach. I like to crush some green in the middle of each Quesadilla. Children’s spinach or baby kar is perfect.
- Cheese. This gentle, melted cheese works for them. I love Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or Queso de Oaxaca when I can find it (it’s good melts).
- Tortills. Use your favorite tortillas for this recipe. Homemade tortilla, particularly Soft flour tortillas or Corn tortillasAdd extra special touch.
How to make chicken pesto quesadilla
You will build your QUSADILLA, spreading pest in your tortilla, adding chicken (I usually spoils), very cheese and a handful of spinach.
Then cook them into a heavy bottom frying pan or skill, a more traditional joke (more room used in Mexico, Central America and South America.

4 medium and large flour or corn tortilla, see Homemade flour tortillas
4 tablespoons Bazil Pesto
1 cup fried cooked chicken
1 cup packed spinach leaves
4 ounces mild melting cheese as queso de Oaxaca or Monterey Jack, Shredded, about 1 cup
Directions:
