These fried cauliflower tacos are so easy and so good. Competition cauliflower bouquets are thrown into a mixture of spice, minced until wonderful tender, then accumulated in a hot tortilla to make incredibly delicious and satisfying vegetable tacos.

Chili Lime Cauliflower Tacos

My family loves Taco Night, and these minced cauliflower tacos are a fantastic addition to our rotation. They are suitable for vegetarians and budget and packed taste. We fill hot tortillas with us Chili Lime Grilled Cauliflower (which we also use in our Veggie Burritos!)

The main components

Make Cayenne at your request. 1/8 teaspoon is mild, and 1/2 teaspoon is quite spicy. Chipotle powder is also a wonderful substitute for Cayenne and has a similar heat level.
  • Limestone. You will want this recipe to be convenient for lime wedge. I also use it to make lime cream (lime sour cream) ready to disperse on my tacos.
  • Toppings: I’m sure you have some favorite Taco Toppings. I have listed some options with the recipe, but my favorites are pure avocado for this cauliflower taco (or guacamole), fried cabbage, extra lime juice and Sour red onionsA number

How to make cauliflower tacos

1 teaspoon Ancho Chili powder or use Homemade chili powder

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or more to taste

2 to 3 limes or lemon wedge

Ha Corn tortillas or Flour tortillas

1 Average avocado, puree

2 cups thinly cut cabbage or carrots

LIME Crema, recipe below

Optional. Sour onionsSour jalapeños, fresh cilantro leaves, fragile or fried cheese


Lime cream

1/2 cup crema or sour cream

1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice

Directions:

    1Pre Boil the oven 425 ° F (218 ° C). Draw a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking ashes, solid on the pan is not completely necessary, but this is a cleaning problem.

  • Crema is a condensed greeting cream (like sour cream). We go to the local Mexican market, but you may find that your local grocery store sells it. If you can’t find it, use sour cream as a substitute.
  • Any Chili powder will work for this recipe, but we like to use Ancho Chili powder, which tastes sweet, fruits and soft. We also like to replace our Homemade chili powder A mixture packed with a taste.
  • Smoked Paprika is made of dried and smoked pomento pepper. It adds a deep smoked scent and taste. If it is not listed on the packaging, it is not usually hot (spicy) and instead of a mild and a little sweet.
