The main components
- Cabbage. I love white or red cabbage this slag. You can use one or the other or merge them for a color. Whatever you do, you want to salt for 30 minutes, guaranteeing the amazing taste for this cube.
- Celery, green onions and cilantoes. I know there are many celery skeptics there (especially when it’s raw) but trust me. Celery adds best crunch and fresh taste to this cube. If you can’t do it, leave it (just don’t tell me). Green onions and Cilantro add color and flavor. I advise them.
- Chile pepper. Use jalapeño or serrano chile pepper and remove all seeds and white membrane before adding it to the arrow. For a spicy saw (perfect Tacos) leave the seeds and membrane immunity.
- To dress lime. We keep this dress really light and resurrect fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and a little honey that balances the typton limestone. You want to prepare this dress to taste and seek the smelling flavor of the lips before throwing the cabbage.

1Prepare the cabbage. Wind cabbage through the kernel and then cut the core. Cut each quarter with a cross-half and chop. Place the fried cabbage with a colander (you will have 6 to 8 cups). Toss 2: Teaspoon with salt and put aside for about 30 minutes, sometimes jumping.
2Wash salted and muddy cabbage thoroughly under cold running water. Then move the salad spinner and rotate dry (or press and dry).
BookletMake dressing. Hit two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice with honey and olive oil.
