The potatoes with olive oil are the easiest, more delicious side dish Can you serve almost everything? Fluffy, creamy, luxurious and so delicious (especially if you take my advice and add ground garlic).

The main components

  • Potatoes. The secret of the most expensive mashed potatoes is to use the right potatoes. Yukon Gold-like thin skinned yellow potatoes are the best potatoes for this recipe. Russet potatoes are good with mashed potatoes, but you will have less creamy puree.
