The main components
I like to think about this green juice as a condensed dose of nutrients. I don’t do juice cleans or use juices as a food replacement, but I still like to make juice packed with small vegetables and enjoy it with a breakfast or lunch.
- Green apples. My Go-to Speetener for green juice. It’s available and adds a touch of sweetness that well balances the spices of greens peel.
- Parsley. This super green greens makes. It has a strong taste, so a small amount goes a long way.
- Spinach. Packed with iron, spinach My best choice for juicers, as it is available and budgetary. Its mild smell mixes well with other fruits and vegetables.

Makes 2 maintenance
You will need
2 cups packed baby spinach leaves
Handful of parsley leaves and stems
1 median green apple, with water was removed
1 large seeds (greenhouse or English) cucumber, flooded
1 inch length piece of fresh ginger, clean clean
1 small lemon, removed seeds
Directions:
1Cut the apple, cucumbers and gingerly into thin pieces, small enough to pass the juicer.
2Cut the yellow peel from the lemon, leaving white fragile and lemon meat. Cut into pieces and remove the reserve of any seeds about half of the lemon.
BookletConnect the juices and correct them all, replacing the green and more solid cucumber, apple and lemon.
ThreeWhen everything, the reserved lemon was juicy, mix the juice and taste for tartness. Add the remaining lemon if you think it can take.
