Classic ASEROL Spritz Cocktails Aperol, Prosecco and Soda Water

After trying my first Aperol Spritz in Italy a few years ago, I immediately began to examine the Aperol Spritz recipes to recreate it at home. This light and fragile cocktail with ProSecco, ASEROL and Soda Water often serve as an appetite for cooking.

The main components

  • Aparol. Look for aperol next to liqueurs and bars like Amaro. Aperol is a bright reddish-orange liqueur, which tastes citrus, vegetable and bitter. If you love more bold, more bitter cocktails, try our Campari Spritz:which uses the same ratio but the whale exchanges for Campari.
  • Prosecco: Look for Prosecco next to the shining wines. This Italian shining wine tastes light, fragile and fruit. Look for a potter on the brute, which means Prosecco is not sweet. How to make aperol spritz

Classic ASEROL Spritz Ratio is 3-2-1Which means you need 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts aperol and 1 part soda water. With this ratio your cocktail is fragrant, not so bitter, and not very sweet.

Reduce the Aperol and raise prosecco for less bitterness. For lower alcohol content a little downgrade Prosecco and Aperol and raise the soda water. If you love bitterness and you want more, try to make a Campeder scrap.

Perfect Aperol Spritz

We love this classic ASEROL Spritz cocktail recipe, ASPEROL, Prosecco and Soda Water. We first tried them in Italy and loved them since they. Aperol Spritz softly tastes bitter with orange and herbal sweetness. It’s light, refreshing, fragile (fragile) and has a lower alcohol content than other cocktails.

1 cocktail

You will need

3 ounces (90 ml) Prosecco, Look for a Brut (Dry) Prosecco

2 ounces (60 ml) Aperol

1 ounce (30 ml) soda water, club soda or sparkling water

Directions:

    1Fill in the wine glass with half ice and add the Aperol. Flight slowly in prosecco and soda water. The cocktail should be mixed on your own when you pour in Prosecco, but you can use a long spoon and gently rotate around the glass.

    2Slide with orange cloth and enjoy.

  • Prosecco: We offer a medium-term Brit or additional Brut Prosecco. Sweet styles will make the cocktail very sweet.
  • Soda water. Use soda water, club soda or your favorite sparkling water. I love club soda because it has a little salt that I think this cocktail makes it better.
  • Adjusted with your tastes. Aperol tastes bitter. If you find the bitterness overwhelming, slightly lower the ASEROL and raise Prosecco. Reduce Prosecco and Aperol for less rough cocktail and lift soda water.
  • Campari Spritz: Swap ASPEROL for Campari that tastes less sweet and more bitter. Here is ours Campari Spritz:A number
  • Grapefruit Aperol Spritz: Use grapefruit flowing water instead of a simple soda water. Decorate with a grapefruit piece.
  • Blood Orange Aperol Spritz: Use blood orange glowing water instead of clear soda water. Decorate with a blood orange piece.
  • CRANBERRY ASEROL SPRITZ. Install Aperol’s an ounce with our classic recipe: 1 ounce of cranberry juice (30 ml).
