This strawberry balsamic salad is the perfect dinner – a worthy salad. It has fresh strawberries, greens, creamy goat cheese, confetti nuts and the most likely maple balsamic sauce. This salad recipe is a guard.

Strawberry balsamic salad

The inspiration of this strawberry balsamic salad came from a small French bistro. We would like dinner, and I always ordered their salad with fruit, goat cheese and candy nuts. Depending on the season, they changed the fruit, but my favorite version of that salad had a strawberries.

This is really dinner worthy (or dinner if you want to be Fancy). Everything is clear (even the nuts of that candy). I like to bear fruit to salads, especially when this balsamic sauce is dressed. Another favorite is this Strawberry Ice Saladwhich a little rock is a wedge salad with blue cheese, but it is made with strawberries instead of tomato.

The main components

  • Strawberries. Ideally, use sweet, adult strawberries for this salad. If your strawberries are less than the perfect, the staple and half-half, then powder them with sugar and a pinch of salt. After 10 to 15 minutes, they will be free of their juices, solving sugar and salt. This maceration process strengthens their sweetness and flavor.
  • Salad greens. I love gentle Latille and green for this salad, like butter lettuce, red leaf or even spinach. Use what you love.
  • Cucumber. I usually go to the amount of greenhouse or English cucumbers for salads because they have no seeds and thin skin. Regular garden cucumbers are also working, but consider the skin some or all of them and removing larger seeds.
  • Orange. I like to add this salad to add some extra fruit, so I peel the orange and cut into thin pieces. I love juicy orange with other salad components (especially goat cheese).
  • Goat cheese. Use soft goat cheese and cut it into large bumps of salad. Feta is also nice but I really like the goat cheese cream for this one.
  • MAPLE BALSAMIC SOURCE. To make it, you combine balsamic vinegar with red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and olive oil. For the best fragrance, use an elderly balsamic vinegar of an average distance from Italy. Taste dress and adjust the maple syrup for sweetness if necessary. The higher final balsamic can already be sweet enough, while less expensive balsamic tastes more vineyards and needs extra sweetness of a maple syrup.   • MAPLE Candied Walnuts. I have not been able to stop sweetheart after cooking this stovetop method with maple syrup. It’s fast and easy, plus I love them on top of salads like this one. Strawberry balsamic salad

Our balconal salad features butterfly carrots, fresh strawberries, cucumbers, orange pieces and large pieces of creamy goat cheese. This salad has everything. We even throw some homemade candy nuts for crunch (they only take 5 minutes).

Balmic vinegar quality and value are huge, so we recommend tasting your vinegar before making dressing. Aging balsamic vinegar tends to taste more degraded and sweet. If this is what you have manually, you don’t need to add Maple syrup to dress your dress.

Makes 4 maintenance

You will need

Strawberry salad

10 ounces soft salad greens like butter carrots or rome

2 cups (14oz) strawberries, melted and halved

Half of a large thin skin, sliced

1 orange, peeled and cut into half moon

4 ounces (113 g) creamy goat cheese or feta cheese


Maple Balzamic Sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon clean maple syrup, optional

4 tablespoons extraordinary air olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Maple sweet nuts

1 cup (85 g) half of the walnuts

2 tablespoons of clean maple syrup

Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Ptghunts cove pepper

Pinch of thin sea salt

Directions:

    1Make sticky nuts. Heat the large-scale curtain on the medium heat, then add the middle of the walnut, the coat of maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon and the pinch. Mix the nuts around the pan 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly fried, and the maple syrup begins to put the nuts into a plate or with a pieces of parchment paper. Allow the nut to cool. If any nuts are stuck together, break them gently.

    2Make a balsamic sauce. Ask the balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and a small salt and pepper a pinch of salt and pepper. Continue to mix while slowly poured down with olive oil until density to dress. Taste, then settle with more salt, pepper or maple syrup. Otherwise, place all dressed ingredients in the jar, close the lid and shake up to dense.

    BookletCollect salad. Divide the carrots between salads bowl. Stop strawberries, cucumbers, orange pieces and candy nuts on top of carrots, then break goat cheese into large crumbs and divide them between salads. Pour balsamic dressing for every salad and deliver.

  • Depending on how rich and sweet your balsamic vinegar tastes, you don’t need to dress for added maple syrup. In general, the most expensive balsamic vinegar, richer and thick, will be.
