This easy Quinoa Bowl is perfect for a quick, healthy meal. There is a wonderful cooked quina, fresh vegetables, candy nuts and feta, everyone was connected to our amazing five minutes with lemon garlic. They are so good.

Tahini Quinoa Bowl

I’m always happy when I have this easy Quinoa Bowl in front of me. It’s sincerely one of my favorite Quinoa recipesThe government is so comforting and filling quina and fresh and fragile, thanks to vegetables and nuts. Then there is a feta cheese that really takes the whole cup on top. I could eat that every week, which is great because it makes friendly (details below).

The main components

  • Quinoa: I follow my favorite Quinoa recipewhich starts about 20 minutes. Because it’s easy to prepare Quina, I usually double the batch. It takes up to 5 days or refrigerator for up to 2 months in a fridge sealant container.

Quinoa pots

1 cup cooked quina

1/4 cup Lemon garlic Tahini sauceplus more to taste

2 cups baby salad greens

Half of a large thin skin, sliced

1 cup half of cherry tomatoes

2 ounces feta cheese, cube

1/2 cup Candied cashews or toasted nuts, candy basket recipe below


MAPLE CANDIED CASHWS

1 cup (85 g) Baskets

2 tablespoons of clean maple syrup

Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Ptghunts cove pepper

Pinch of thin sea salt

Directions:

    1Make sweets. Heat a large-scale remedy on medium heat, then add 1 cup of baskets, 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch. Stir nuts around the pan for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly fried and maple syrup begins to stick to them. Transfer plate or parchment paper pieces, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Allow to cool. If any nuts are stuck together, break them gently.

    2Make Quinoa Bowls. Make a green bed on the bottom of two salad bowl. Mix two lemon tablespoons, dress 1 cup of garlic cooked quina, then divide between a bowl. Freeze the pieces of cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese cubes and top of a handful of sweats. With a light season with salt and pepper, then scatter the rest of the dress.

  • Become Quinoa Bowls.
