Healthy Quina Salad with vegetables, dried fruits and peas

All I have made this quina salad for loving (even those who usually don’t like quinoce). Although I’m not surprised. We package so tissue and taste. It is not difficult to love this easy quinoa salad.

Our homemade quinoa salad sauce calls honey, but if you want to prepare Vegan Quinoa salad, exchange for Maple syrup, and you are all set.

1 cup dried quina

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt, plus more to taste

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Juice from 2 to 3 lemons wedges optional

Directions:
